Professional liability insurance

Professional liability insurance cover exists at Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe Limited, 50670 Cologne. The territorial scope of the insurance cover consists of services, at least in the Member States of the European Union and satisfies the requirements of

  • § 67 Tax Consulting Law (StBerG), §§ 51 ff. Regulation on the implementation of the provisions for tax consultants, tax agents and tax consultation companies (DvStB)
     
  • § 54 German Auditors' Ordinance (WPO) in conjunction with the German regulation regarding professional liability insurance of the auditors and the certified chartered accountants (WPBHV).
