Financial and payroll accounting

Our long-standing employee, Ms Strauß, is the head of the accounting department. Together with her team, Ms Strauß is responsible for the financial and payroll accounting of our clients, and she provides competent support with wage tax and social insurance audits.

 

Tax declarations

The creation of tax declarations for private individuals, real estate owners, petty traders and freelancers is performed by our team of experts who consist of the auditor and tax consultant Stefan Hölzle, the tax consultant Matthias Rannenberg, the tax consultant Günaydin Gozian and the assistant tax consultant Evi Poursalidou.

 

Be it the annual income tax return, profit and loss count or VAT and business tax declarations, our competent team will provide you with the complete service from one source. We are also happy to create the required tax declarations for you with donations and successions.

Quality control

After a successful quality control performed by an auditor within the framework of a so-called "peer review", the partners were certified regarding the participation in the system of quality control in accordance with § 57a section 6 WPO (German Auditors' Ordinance) by the commission for quality control in 2011.

 

This entitles us to carry out statutory audits (balance sheet, PaL, notes, management report) as well as group audits in accordance with the HGB (German Commercial Code) and IAS/IFRS.

 

Beyond this, so as to perform audits of public interest entities, Häring Hällfritzsch Partners Auditors Tax Consultants also successfully participated in a corresponding statutorily stipulated examination by the German Chamber of Public Accountants in 2010.

 

With the successful participation in the peer review and the special examination by the German Chamber of Public Accountants, the prerequisites for the continued work by our partnership are documented for the future.

 
 
 
 

Transparency report

The transparency report contains comprehensive information regarding our partnership and our quality assurance system. Here, particular attention is paid to the regulations and the securing of independence. The transparency report is specified for the profession of those partners who audit public interest entities (§ 319a HGB) (German Commercial Code).
